Happy Pesach!
Last night my contribution to the Seder was this Flourless Chocolate Cake. I have always been a Martha Stewart fan, but I was disappointed with this version of a Passover staple.
While fluffy and very light since it is essentially a chocolate souffle, I couldn’t believe how easily the cake fell apart after taking it off the spring form pan, hence the raspberries. Make sure to use really good ingredients since there are only 4 in this recipe. I used Irish butter and quality semisweet chocolate bits. This might be one of the easiest cakes to put together however, so if you’re in a time crunch, this is not a bad option.
Note to self: Do not remove from the bottom of the spring form pan before serving.
I like your note to self.
