What do you make when you buy a whole chicken from Whole Foods because it was on sale and it’s sitting in your fridge?
Lemon Chicken with Croutons from ‘Barefoot in Paris’.
The easiest chicken to put together, you simply cut up some onions and lemons and stick it in a large oven-safe pan. Roast it for an hour and voila, you’re ready to eat!
In this case I left out the croutons, but it is just as delicious with them.
