It’s been a busy and exciting few weeks and I’m ready to kick off 2017 on a high note.

Christmas Dinner

I was in charge of our family dinner this year and made a traditional one. Spiral sliced ham with a delicious glaze from The Pioneer Woman….
A carrot cake complete with raisins, nuts, candied ginger and cream cheese mascarpone frosting…
Hasselback sweet potatoes, glazed carrots, and steamed green beans.

To recover from the night before, a much needed cup of coffee and Little Goat’s delicious omelette of the day – eggs, smoked salmon cream cheese, pickled red onions, arugula and fried capers.
