Everybody has new year resolutions and being that we are mid-way through February, I think it’s safe to say that a good majority of those resolutions have already fallen by the wayside. I decided to start my new year this past week. I’ve been traveling a lot for work and haven’t had the time to dedicate to my well-being and overall health.
This past week I decided to start the 21-day fix, a 21 day program that is based on portion control and working out. I was hesitant in the beginning and didn’t know if I would be able to get through the 3 week program. How could anyone workout every single day and not be exhausted all the time? Luckily I’ve found that not only am I motivated to get up every morning and get my workout in, I’m already noticing that I have more energy and am seeing results.
Since I’ve been doing this, I’ve been able to get into the kitchen more and have been cooking up some great things! I’ll be posting throughout the next 2 weeks and can’t wait to see the results!
